- Standard orders (in-stock products):
- You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it.
- For cancellations made after shipment confirmation, processing and shipping costs will apply.
- Customized or made-to-order products:
- You may cancel your order without penalties within a maximum of 48 hours from order placement and confirmation.
- For cancellations requested after the manufacturing/customization process has started, fees proportional to the production stage will apply.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel an order, please follow one of the procedures below:
- Online cancellation:

- Navigate to the “My Orders” section
- Select the order you wish to cancel and click the “Cancel Order” button
- Complete the cancellation form, specifying the reason for cancellation
- Cancellation by email:
- Send an email to office@kynther.com
- Include “Order Cancellation” and the order number in the subject line
- State the reason for cancellation in the body of the email

Cancellation Confirmation
- After processing your cancellation request, you will receive an email confirmation within a maximum of 24 business hours.
- The confirmation will include details regarding the cancellation status and, if applicable, refund or applicable fees.
Refund Policy
- Card payments:
- For orders canceled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to the card used for payment within 3–5 business days.
- For orders canceled after shipment, the refunded amount will be reduced by shipping and processing costs.
- Bank transfer payments:
- The refund will be made to the bank account provided by you within 5–7 business days.
- Please provide your bank account details when submitting the cancellation request.
- Cash on delivery payments:
- For cash-on-delivery orders that have not yet been shipped, cancellation is free of charge.
- For shipped orders, shipping costs will apply.
Restrictions and Exceptions
- Customized products: Once the manufacturing/customization process has started, cancellation may be subject to fees of up to 70% of the product value, depending on the production stage.
- Promotions and special offers: Products purchased under promotions may have specific cancellation conditions, communicated in the respective promotional terms.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation on distance contracts:
- You benefit from a 14-calendar-day period to withdraw from the contract without penalties and without providing any reason.
- The 14-day period starts from the date you receive the product.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or products made according to your specifications.
